The FF&P Global Property Fund (the "Fund") was established for FF&P Asset Management Limited clients who invested £25 million when the Fund was launched in September 2006. The Fund is an open-ended fund of funds which invests into the global real estate markets indirectly through real estate funds and other real estate vehicles. Investors are now being offered the opportunity to invest in the Fund and benefit from the Manager's expertise and established platforms for investing in real estate globally. The Fund is always open for investment and has a minimum investment requirement of £250,000. There is no leverage at the Fund level. The Fundıs assets under management currently exceed £50 million. The target size of the Fund is £500+ million but there is no real capacity limit to the Fund.
Multiple strategies are available to investors to match liquidity, risk and return objectives. The targeted total returns range from 6% to 15%+ per annum depending on the choice of investment strategy. The Fund offers multi-sector and geographic exposure.
The Fund Manager, John Dwyer, has more than 20 years of real estate investment experience and a strong and established track record of investing globally for clients. He also has access to the best managers on institutional terms and is supported by a team of four including Bob Michaelson, FF&P's Chief Investment officer.
The Fund is domiciled in Guernsey.
