David
Fletcher, Head of Advisory
David read classics at Oxford University
and then qualified as a chartered accountant in 1979. He joined
Baring Brothers Corporate Finance in London in 1982, being
seconded to Hong Kong (1983-1987), and Tokyo (1990-1992).
In 1994 he joined Robert Fleming in London, becoming a director
in 1996. Following the sale of Flemings in 2000 he became
a Managing Director in the financial institutions group of
JP Morgan Chase. He joined Fleming Family & Partners in
October 2002.. |

Richard Fitzalan Howard, Head of Asset Management
- London 
After completing his degree at Oxford, Richard joined Robert
Fleming Holdings in 1975 where he gained 25 year's experience
as an investment analyst and fund manager. He was based in
Fleming's New York office from 1979-1982 and again from 1987-1990,
when he was President of Fleming Capital Management and responsible
for setting up Fleming's US fund management business. He returned
to London in 1990 and implemented asset allocation for UK
Pension Funds over a five year period. In 1995 he was appointed
to head up the Endowments and Charities division. Richard
joined Fleming Family & Partners in 2000. |

Rolf
Steimer, Head of Asset Management - Switzerland
Rolf Steimer joined FF&P Switzerland
as Managing Director in 2003 and prior to that had 15 years
experience with Schroders as Investment-Analyst, Fund Manager
and CIO Private Banking. After graduating as Economist SEBA
(School of Economics and Business Administration) he joined
Schroders in 1988 as a Research Analyst and Fund Manager of
the North American Fund. Rolf was a Member of the Board of
Trustees for the Pension Fund of J. Henry Schroder Bank AG
from 1992 until 2002 and was an Executive Member of Schroder
& Co Banque SA in Geneva from 2000 until 2002. He was
heading as Chairman the Private Client Investment Strategy
Switzerland from 1996 until 2002. Rolf also gave various interviews
on Bloomberg TV representing Schroders. |

Penny
Lovell, Group Head of Business Development
Penny joined Fleming Family and Partners
in 2001. She is currently their Group Head of Business Development.
Penny graduated in Modern Languages from the Sorbonne and
Manchester University. Prior to joining FF&P, she worked
at Coutts providing investment and overall financial planning
advice to the Trustee department and their clients. Her role
developed to become Manager of the Sports and Entertainment
client team. Penny is a Trustee of the Trinity Hospice, a
Trustee of Prince's Foundation for Children and the Arts,
and a member of the UK Advisory Board for Room to Read. |

Julian Rogers-Coltman,
CEO Fleming Capital Management (FCM)
Julian
spent 21 years at GNI Limited, from 2001 to 2003 as Chief
Executive Officer. In that time GNI grew from a small joint
venture to a company employing 450 staff, with a turnover
of £100 million. He spent 15 years building GNI's financial
futures brokerage business, and in 1998 was responsible for
adapting the CFD product from a niche statistical arbitrage
product to a synthetic prime brokerage product for hedge funds.
As CEO, Julian was responsible for managing the sale of GNI
to Man Group PLC in November 2002. He is responsible for all
business activities at FCM, including risk management, daily
operations and business development. |

Geoff Richards, Chairman - Family Office and Trustee Services
Zurich, Liechtenstein and Singapore
After leaving Cazenove in 1973, Geoff joined
the Fleming Group, being appointed to a series of management
roles. For the last 15 years he has been responsible for the
stewardship and growth of the Fleming family's financial interests
and was appointed head of the Trust Services business of FF&P
on its establishment. Geoff acts as advisor and trustee to many
international families and their philanthropic institutions.
The Investment Management business in Zurich was opened in 2000,
the Family Office and Trustee Services business in Liechtenstein
in 2004 and the Singapore ofice in 2007 and are all chaired
by Geoff. |

Henry Sallitt, Private Equity
Henry joined FF&P Private Equity in September 2007. Before
this he was a Director of Quester, one of the largest technology
investors in the UK. This followed eight years at AFA Systems
plc, a company which he co-founded as a venture capitalist
in 1995. He joined AFA Systems full-time as CFO/COO in 1996
immediately prior to its IPO. From its foundation, Henry was
part of a small team that drove the development of the group,
both organically and by acquisition, into a significant supplier
of application software to the wholesale banking and investment
management industries with over 120 customers in more than
twenty countries worldwide. This period included some of the
most favourable trading conditions for financial software
companies, but also some of the most challenging. His experience
reflects the diversity of issues that these two states created.
AFA was sold to Microgen plc in September 2004.
Prior to AFA Systems, Henry spent six years investing in
early stage technology companies with Top Technology Limited,
managers of the Hambros Advanced Technology Trust family of
funds, which is now part of IP Group plc. He qualified as
a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse and has a Mechanical
Engineering degree from Bristol University

David Barbour, Private Equity
David joined FF&P in January 2003 and became a Director
of FF&P Private Equity in November 2004. He was closely
involved in the July 2004 investment by FF&P into Resolution
Life Group, a £415m equity transaction which resulted
in an exit in September 2005 through a merger with Britannic
plc. He joined the FF&P Private Equity team as a full time
executive in December 2005.
Prior to joining FF&P he was a senior vice president in
the JP Morgan Chase Investment Banking division, having been
a director of the Investment Banking division of Robert Fleming
until 2000.
David joined Robert Fleming in 1995 after spending a year with
UK cable company NTL. He qualified as a solicitor with Ashurst
Morris Crisp and he is a graduate in Economics & Politics
from Bristol University. |

Jonathan
Collins, Head of Trust Services - UK
Before joining FF&P, Jonathan held
senior financial planning positions with Guinness Mahon, Flemings
from 1993-1995 and Duncan Lawrie Private Bank. He joined FF&P
from EFG Private Bank where he was head of its Private Clients
division and with whom he remains a non-executive director
of one of its operating companies. He had acted as an adviser
to RF Trustee Co. Limited for the past ten years on a range
of financial planning issues before taking up his appointment
in April 2003. Jonathan joined the management board and the
board of FF&P Trust Services Ltd in 2004. |

Peter
Pexton, Operations Director Liechtenstein
An honours graduate in metallurgy from
Leeds University and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants, Peter is an active member of the Society of Trust
and Estate Practitioners. As founder chairman of the Jersey
Branch in 1993, he now serves on many of the international
committees of the Society. He practised as a partner in the
Jersey firm of Ernst and Young until its acquisition in 2000
by Royal Bank of Canada and then as a director of Royal Bank
of Canada Trustees Limited. Peter specialises in offshore
trusts, estates and tax planning and joined FF and P Liechtenstein
in 2005. |

Lucy
Sutro, Managing Director Asia
Lucy joined Fleming Private Asset Management,
the private client division of Flemings, in 1989. She spent
eight years there as a fund manager with responsibility for
the Fleming family's portfolios before moving to run the Private
Banking department. She joined Fleming Family & Partners
in August 2000. Lucy is now Managing Director of FF&P
(Asia) Ltd based in Hong Kong. |

Denis
Sukhanov, Head of Office in Russia
Denis qualified as a lawyer from the Moscow
University of International Relations. He also studied at
the Paris Institute of Political Studies ('Science-Po') and
the Russian School of Civil Law. Denis started his career
in international law with Gide, Loyrette, Nouel and Clifford
Chance where he focused on M&A and financial and securities
legislation.
In 1997 Denis joined UCB, a Russo-Anglo-Swiss financial boutique
(the third largest brokerage house in Russia with corporate
finance services and a banking licence) as General Counsel
where he was involved in all areas of Group activities and
also played an important role in preparing the Group for a
cross-border takeover. Further to the acquisition of UCB by
Robert Fleming & Co., Denis combined his legal work with
corporate finance and general management activities. After
the sale of Robert Fleming & Co. to Chase Manhattan and
the establishment of FF&P, Denis set up and runs the Russian
office of FF&P. |
